A few questions:

• The web tags <#YearLongestDryPeriod> and <#YearLongestDryPeriodD> supply the values of "11" and "13 September", while the tags for <#MonthLongestDryPeriod> and <#MonthLongestDryPeriodD> show the (correct) values of "12" and "14 September"
• The web tags <#YearLongestWetPeriod> and <#YearLongestWetPeriodD> supply the values of "2" and "30 August", while the records editor (and alltime.ini) show the correct values of "10" and "2/6/2011"
• There was a second wet period of 10 days ending at "19/7/2011". While it is clear that you can only have one date for a record, which one do you choose? What will be shown if we get another wet period of 10 days this month? Will the <#MonthLongestWetPeriodD> tag show the 10 days in September and the <#YearLongestWetPeriodD> tag either June or July?

None of those web tags are retrospective from when they were first introduced; you needed to have set up the current spell when you first ran a version with them in, and then use the records editors to bring the records up to date. They should then keep up to date from then onwards.

Timestamps of highs and lows are updated when a record is exceeded.

I quite understand that you have to pick one date, but even if you 'only' equal an old record it's still a record. For me, the most recent date would make more sense ("What, the longest wet period was back in March?? That can't be, it rained for the last two weeks!")
