Thank you Steve. It is still a work in progress as I need to clean up some code, however, you can take a look at http://www.belts.net/ch/lobby_display.html I have it setup for Google Chrome, but it will run in IE or FireFox (sort of). Any comments or suggestions that you might have would certainly be welcome.

Does anybody have any thoughts about incorporating local tide data from NOAA?

You could also generate your own tide data...

Although this is an old program, it is still running properly: WXTide32

That is perfect! THANK YOU! I had emailed back and forth with NOAA and as helpful as they tried to be all that they knew was how to navigate their website.
