C:\Program Files\Cumulus\web Folder Has 0 Bytes for htm File

When a web update occurs on my machine 0 byte htm files are created from the "T" files located in C:\Program Files\Cumulus\web\originals. The "T" files are greater than 0 in size and have not been altered. The web update is occurring correctly as the realtime.txt (in C:\Program Files\Cumulus) and the 6 htm files (in C:\Program Files\Cumulus\web) are being uploaded as they exist.
When I delete the htm files in C:\Program Files\Cumulus\web and try a new web update again they are created with 0 bytes (empty).
I am using Cumulus 1.9.1 build 989 on XP.

It could be a permissions problem - even on XP sometimes programs don't have sufficient permission to write to the Program Files folder. Are there any error messages in the diags files at the times of the web update?

OK, took a look and found error lines regarding this. I have never seen in any instructions to place a copy of the "T" files into the web folder prior to the web update. I had left them within the originals folder. Once I placed a copy of the "T" files into web folder and ran the web update everything worked.
The Diags folder was the place that held the answer. In all the Forum replies no one had ever mentioned to try those files; only the debug and ftplog files. Once I opened the lates Diags file it was staring right at me.
Thanks! Now it's time to start customizing...

They get installed into the 'web' folder (and the 'originals' folder) by default. If during the install you choose not to have the templates installed, they only get put in the 'originals' folder (so that you can look at them).

The 'please read this before posting' post, linked to above, says:
"Cumulus creates diagnostic logs in its diags folder; if you look in the files, often error messages will be obvious, and it is sometimes clear what the problem is from the error message."
