There's about 22 meters, - more or less 70 feet (?) between he transmitter and the receiver. Signal is falling out freguently. There's a set of windows, one brick wall and an interior wood/plaster board separation(wall) between the two. - Am I just unlucky or is this a common problem?
I could hardwire the units but will have to exceed the 20 meters limit recommendation from the producer with at least 5 meters. Does anybody have experiences to share?
I have used Heawy weather, bought Virtual Weather and seem to be happy with Cumulus. This is a nice piece of work! - Looking forward being able using webcam. - Would ImageSalsa work in conjunction with C. ??
Have a nice wekend.

I don't know how ImageSalsa works with other weather station software, so I can't say how/if it would work with Cumulus, sorry.
I lost the source to the webcam software, so it makes things a bit difficult - may one day, though.

Hi Erik,
I extended the cable between the console & the sensor pack on my WS2300 by about 10m and it works fine.
I think I'm right in saying that you need 'straight' cable (not crossover) with RJ11 connectors on the ends.
