I don't really read them, I just scan them for any "$" signs.

expected as you say. I too wonder what position a court would take if it ever came to an 'ordinary' citizen in front of a jury.

Yes.
I do read most of the agreement.
It is a legal document. Prosecutions are rare, but they have happened.
In many cases, the software you are agreeing to use and thought you bought does not belong to you. You have the right to use the software. The money you paid is a license to use, not own.

After each update I always go to the Help section to check The data log files for any changes and the webtags list for changes.
Needless to say I see the Licence agreement every time
Hows that for keeping on side with the boss.....lol
@David, those results are not surprising at all considering the length of most licence Agreements. Who has the time to waste huh.
