Hi,
I'm new to Cumulus, weather stations, uploading, ftp, website creation…
I have the Oregon WRM200 station uploading via USB. I’m looking at software that can data log and control website data. My PC will only be on during the afternoon and evening at this point in time. As the WMR200 logs data, there will be no data loss. However will Cumulus software import the data collected while my PC is off, and will it then upload that to my website so that my website has consecutive data?
I appreciate any assistance and guidance given.
Scott.

Re: Cumulus Weather PC not on all the time
Yes, Cumulus downloads the 'missing' data from the station when it starts up.
As far as the 'standard' web site as supplied with Cumulus goes, there's no concept of 'consecutive data', the site is a snapshot of the current state of the data, so as soon as the first upload is done after Cumulus starts, it's back up to date again. If you intend to use some other form of web site, you would have to check how that would work if you weren't uploading data 24/7.
