Hi Steve,

I saw on my WMR200 display a max. rain rate of 168,?
In cumulus it shows: 113,8

Does Cumulus calculates its own Rain rate or how does it work??

You weren't running Cumulus at the time of the peak rain rate, so Cumulus only had the logger data to work from. The station's peak value presumably came between logger entries.

The rain rate is highlighted in red, low byte first, in hundredths of an inch per hour = 01C0 = 448 = 113.8 mm/hr.

Steve,

Thanks for the info,
I did not have my PC/Cumulus running during that thunderstorm, to dangerous.
