I keep trying to setup a account on it and it goes into a error right at the end of sign up.

A belated reply, but if you go to http://www.glovine.com.au and click on live chat (At the top and to the right) they are very prompt and helpful. I have never waited any more that 2 mins for them to appear in the chat window. Sometimes only 10 or 20 seconds.

I'm not sure about setting up a new account, but I use Glovine Free Web to host my site. I set my account up a few months ago though.
