Only 2 days data for NOAA in July?

Where does the data for NOAA come from?....as I have just discovered the monthly reports, and for July I only get 2 days showing. Other months look fine though, and July11log looks fully populated

Almost all of it comes from dayfile.txt. If you look in the current diags file (cumulus.009) when you generate the report, there may be some error messages pointing you at one or more lines in dayfile.txt. Or it may be that there are no error messages but it can't find the entries for July for some reason. If you can't work out what the problem is or how to fix it, upload the diags file and dayfile.txt and I'll have a look.

I've looked at the dayfile, and can't see anything obvious....although I did see 2 entries for the 17th and 18th July, but removed them but with no difference

Also, I can't see anything in the debug file pointing to any problems.

I've got this message though:
20/08/2011 14:03:20.404 : Error at line 608 of dayfile.txt: ''04:26'' is not a valid integer value

I personally can't see a problem...but now that message isn't there since I have run it again

So I've attached both my day file and the debug file as requested

You have an error on line 608 of dayfile.txt; the same error on lines 608 to 631 inclusive (3rd July to 26th July), caused by the 'duplicate sunshine hours' bug in build 1000. You need to edit those lines to remove the extra '0.0' value.

Here's an extract from line 608 showing the problem:

...100,01:18,0.00,0.0,0.0,24.4,17:16,...

You need to change the highlighted section so it looks like this:

...100,01:18,0.00,0.0,24.4,17:16,...

Do the same thing on all of the entries for 3rd July to 26th July.
