Solar and Lux Levels

Post by JohnBaloo »

Hi All,
I have recently aquired a W8681 AWS and I notice on the display there is Solar & Lux charts on the display but they do not show any levels.
Do I need to get more sensors to make this work or is it that I have not set it up correctly.

Regards
John

If it's the solar version of the station, it should have come with the required sensors. If it's not the solar version, you can't add solar sensors to it.

There's a version which is like the original, without the light sensors, but has a charger, and the version which has the sensors. It sounds like yours just has the charger and hence won't work with the light sensors.
