Cumulus Support

Hello everyone,
hope this is the right place to put this post. I have entered all the information to weather bug and it is still not showing up online. Also worked with Russ Chadwick and we could not figure out why my information is not loading up to cwop.arps.net.
i have it enabled, DW9177 is my ID Pass has -1 port 14580 interval 5 mins and include solar rad is ticked.
for weatherbug its enabled publisher ID p11051 number 22647. I am uploading perfectly to wunderground and PWS Weather.
Any help would greatly be appreciated.

If you turn on the debug log from the configuration menu, then leave it for a minute or so after an upload should have taken place, the debug.log file which is produced in the Cumulus folder may have some error messages in it.

I have the debug log on since last night not one error is shown seems to be working right except no information is showing on weatherbug or cwops.

Are you sure you have your CWOP station code correct? I can't find a station with that ID.

Have you entered your co-ordinates correctly? At Weatherbug you are showing as 35.5 North, 89.9 East.

Yes just realized my cords were not put in the station configuration so i have fixed that and now will see if i can get them to working. is -1 the pass for cwop? Thank you for all your help.

Yes, that's right. But I still think your station ID is incorrect. If you go to this page: http://www.wxqa.com/search.htm and enter DW9177, it can't find anything.
