Cumulus Support

The sunshine hours in my yesterday.ini file never changes. I use the sunshine hours yesterday webtag <#YSunshineHours> and it always shows 5.0 hours unless I change the .ini manually. I'm not sure how long this has been happening, but I first noticed it in build 1003. I don't know if it is Cumulus, or an error in one of my files. I've attached diags, monthly log and yesterday.ini.

It's because it writes the yesterday.ini file along with doing the usual rollover stuff before resetting the sunshine hours. I'll see if I can fix it without breaking something else...
