Build 1004 Line 299 error

I got this error after installing 1004.
Not sure if this is an error in my data or not so I thought I report the error.
Error at line 299 of dayfile.txt: ''12:07'' is not a valid integer value

Yes, it's an error in your data file. It looks like the kind of error you would get as a result of the bug in build 1000, if you ran that? It caused a spurious extra field, so everything after that gets shifted, hence a time appearing where an integer value should be.

First, the NOAA reports are really interesting and just plain niffty so thanks for the addition.
I wanted to see if I could get the error to repeat. I get the error when I run the NOAA monthly not the NOAA yearly.
I will see if I can find the bad data.

I ran the corrections posted in this thread and that cleaned up the error.
