Re: SteelSeries Gauges - version 1.0
The 'latest' 'average' on the wind direction gauge are an oversight - thanks.
The rest of the missing translations are because you have used the English template file - you need to use the French version "gauges-ssT-fr.htm"
I will look at producing a single template some time!

Re: SteelSeries Gauges - version 1.0
I've just tried upgrading to the latest version (did a test page first, before overwriting anything)
And i get the 'text file download corrupted' message. The filepaths are the same as the other page, so i'm not sure what's wrong?
Regards.

I've found something:mcrossley wrote:The 'latest' 'average' on the wind direction gauge are an oversight - thanks.
in gauge.js line 187 should be g_dir.titles = [LANG.latest_web, LANG.tenminavg_web]; and not g_dir.titles = [LANG_EN.latest_web, LANG_EN.tenminavg_web];

Re: SteelSeries Gauges - version 1.0
Yep, that is the fix. I have another release ready that will incorporate this along with a couple of others. Probably in the morning as the fixes are on my laptop and I can't be bothered getting it fired up this evening.laulau wrote:I've found something:mcrossley wrote:The 'latest' 'average' on the wind direction gauge are an oversight - thanks.

I can see the gauges but there is no updating...Mapantz wrote:It's not showing anything now, for me. (Chromium browser)
Could you try something: Try removing the '/' (slash) in front of the file name 'realtimegauges.txt' in the 'gauges.js' script - I just added a slash in front of the file name 'realtimegauges.txt' on my system and the SteelSeries stopped being updated...
It might also be a good idea to update your Cumulus to the latest version - build 1027.

Re: SteelSeries Gauges - version 1.0
Simple fix, in converting the template page you have dropped the Cumulus version/build spans. The script is erroring when it fails to find them. I'll put some error checking in the code as a few people have fallen foul of this.Mapantz wrote:Yeah, that would help .. LOL

Opps! Hold fire on version 1.4.2 - I have discovered a bug in the SteelSeries library, it has been there for a while but needs fixing.

Records fixed. I had months of dodgy pressure readings due to the batteries in the sensor being flatmcrossley wrote:The script uses your record low/high to scale the gauge, as your record low pressure is 29.7 hPa, it ranges from 20 upwards. Fix your incorrect record and the gauge will reflect this.

Re: SteelSeries Gauges - version 1.0
Version 1.4.2a now uploaded, it turns out that the way the Cumulus script uses the gauges it would have been extremely unlikely to hit the bug anyway - only if your update time was less than 3 seconds.mcrossley wrote:Opps! Edit: I still have the metar wind calculation wrong

Your low record still looks way too low to me - 862.0 hPa? Are you sure that shouldn't be 962?beeman wrote:Records fixed. Re: SteelSeries Gauges - version 1.0
Hi all
I'm using SteelSeries gauges v 1.4.1 and Cumulus v 1.9.2
On my web page (http://meteobellaria.altervista.org/cumulus/gauges.htm) the gauge "temp." and the gauge "press." doesn't display the UP and DOWN trend, the trend displayed in temp. and pressure is always on "steady"
in gauges.js file
in realtimegauges.txt file
both the gauges are now on "steady"
Could someone help me?
Thank you very much
