Cumulus not displaying weather or reporting to wunder..

Im new to the site here and to wunderground. I just wanted to say hello to everyone first and say iv been watching the forum here and it interested me enough to purchase my first wx station and attempt to broadcast it on wunderground.

I bought a ws-1080 -solar wx station. It is installed on my radio tower and its reporting back to the console unit. However, i cannot get the station to broadcast to wunderground. Im using EasyWeather and Cumulus.

Cumulus does not show any data reporting to the software but EasyWeather does. I tried closign easyweather to see if cumulus would update but it doesnt. Im under the impression that cumulus needs easyweather for the easyweather.dat file in order to broadcast the data from the station.

I have pointed cumulus to the right location for the easyweather.dat file. Also its asking for the com port # - But the unit is USB.

Any help on getting my station up and running would be greatly appreciated by anyone who would like to help the new guy.

You will get much better results by choosing the 'Fine Offset' station type and making sure that you don't run Easyweather at the same time. Try that and see if you get anywhere, if not we can start looking at what the problem might be.
