Current Time - not displayed

Post by astrotim »

Hi Steve, just downloaded and installed cumulus - impressed so far! Having a little niggle at the moment though. In the top right of the display is an area which I think should show the current time (next to the date). I think it should be the time because when I change the 'Clock colour' under 'Configuration'/'Colours' the area at the top right of the display changes to the new colour. However, it doesn't matter what colour I set the 'Clock Digits' to, there is no current time displayed. I am using version 1.9.1 build 989 on a Window 7, 64 bit OS with a VP2. Everything else is working fine at the moment so no biggy here, just wondered if I had a problem? Thanks.

I've not heard of anyone else having that problem. The component that I use for the clock is from the same set that I used to use for the header text on the main screen (the one that says 'My Weather' by default) and a couple of people recently were seeing strange things with that. I reverted to a 'standard' component for that, but I have to stop somewhere, I can't revert everything back to the default ones. I suspect the problem may be related to particular graphics cards or drivers. I use 64-bit Windows 7 myself and don't have any problems with the clock display.
