Legacy Cumulus 1 release 1.9.4 (build 1099) - 28 November 2014
(a patch is available for 1.9.4 build 1099 that extends the date range of drop-down menus to 2030)

I put that check in because I noticed in the diags files that you uploaded yesterday, that you had started Cumulus on at least one occasion and the station said that there were archive entries available (and there should indeed have been) but it didn't send them when Cumulus asked for them. This means you got a gap in your data. Then, on a subsequent start, it did send those missing entries (and Cumulus will now ignore them).
Are you sure you haven't now got a gap in your data? It might just be a small gap, depending on how long ago it was when you previously ran Cumulus. If you upload the diags folder, I'll have a look.

After 10 'live' packets, it decides there is no archive data, so it goes into 'live' mode:

1-7-2011 10:26:56.990 : Warning: Archive data apparently available but not downloaded. Cumulus data may be inconsistent.
I don't know if the station really did have any archive entries, you had only just closed Cumulus down and restarted it, so it looks like it didn't. Your station seems to do this quite often - looking back, it did it last night:

I've tried to reproduce this with my station, but it's working correctly so far.
Last night I restarted Cumulus several times so that maybe that’s the problem.
This morning after I started Cumulus I saw later there was a new version, after Cumulus did finish downloading the data I closed it, installed 999 and restarted.
So let’s see how it works the next couple of days.
