Cumulus Support

Hi all,

I made the mistake of poking around at my Fine Offset and for some reason the receiver doesn't get new info from the transmitter when the USB is plugged in now, and only sometimes gets data when the USB is unplugged.

Anyone seen this happen before? I reset the transmitter as well a couple of times, and in the manual it says hold the down button for 4 sec to re-sync which sometimes gets it working again as long as the USB is unplugged

possible low signal, made worse by interference caught by the USB cable? Try repositioning the console.

Yeah I'll have to try that, it was working in that spot for months
