Is it possible to ‘re-download’ data to Cumulus?

Hi,

I’m operating on Cumulus Version 1.9.0, Build 958 with a Scientific Sales WS2083 weather station.
I have been operating my station with Cumulus since February, but I have had issues with my station and had to get new parts sent, meaning my station was out of action for a long time. When I got it back up and running (28 May) and connected it to Cumulus to download the data (6 June) my computer froze during the download, and when I restarted it the data files were full of meaningless figures. However, the next time I connected my console to my computer (June 25) the data from June 6 -25 downloaded just fine. I would now like to try and ‘re-download’ the data from 28 May – June 6 as it is still stored in my console memory, and I believe the error was due to the freeze during Cumulus rather than the weather station.
Is there any way to do this?

Thanks

Edit the 'timestamp' figure in today.ini and then start Cumulus, and it will attempt to download the data from the station from that date and time. Note that this will just append data to the existing log files, so you need to strip them back to the corresponding point in time (you can just delete the June log file).

This works much better if you still have a backup set in Cumulus from the appropriate time, you can then just copy those files and everything will be consistent (you'll still need to delete the June log).
