Out of sync
Hi Steve,
Not a big problem but 4 of the directions are out of sync with the axes. (b 998)

Re: Out of sync
The axes end (normally) at the first or last character.
Not in the middle.

Re: Out of sync
It would probably look cleaner without the XYZ labels at all.

Re: Out of sync
My wife suggested the same thing earlier. As she's always right, I'll see if I can make it an optionIt would probably look cleaner without the XYZ labels at all.

Only one rose with 16 axis and 8 directions.

Re: Out of sync
I'll have to keep the existing 8-axis option for Fine Offset stations which often aren't good at the 'intermediate' directions. And I'd rather not take away the 16-label version when it's almost as easy to offer it as an option.Tonky wrote:Only one rose with 16 axis and 8 directions.
Actually, the whole thing needs replacing by something much nicer. People keep asking me to make the code open source so that they can 'contribute', but no-one ever seems to want to write components for me; this is an ideal candidate.

If I had the know how I would help you, but I don’t know anything about writing software.Actually, the whole thing needs replacing by something much nicer.
