Windows ME and Cumulus

I am trying to recycle an older computer to link an Ambient Weather station WS 2080 to wunderground.com using Cumulus. Unfortunately, the computer has Windows ME and Cumulus won't run with ME. Are any of the older Cumulus versions available that might run on ME? Alternatively, does anyone know of a source of an inexpensive legal copy of XP? Thanks

I don't have one, and I couldn't even tell you what version you would need, I'm afraid.

Thanks for the reply. Is there a site where I can download older versions of Cumulus software? Since the software is efficient and compact, I can know in minutes whether it will work.

Not that I know of; I don't make older versions available, that would only encourage people to use them

. I can't support older versions. I'm not sure Cumulus ever worked with ME, to be honest. I seem to remember one of my first users trying it and not getting very far. And I don't think any version with Fine Offset support would work with ME.

Thanks. I finally found an old legal copy of XP, got it loaded, and Cumulus likes it.
