It's hard to say; unless you have some other data to compare with, you can't know whether you're getting correct W/m2 values. Maybe it's correct, but the max is just too low.
I have two Davis weather stations, near to mine (about 10km / 6.2 miles) . Their values are these, for yesterday

The only thing to stand out in the second weather station, are the UV values too low (possibly a problem of the station). But in solar radiation are similar and significantly lower than those with my solar module...

I do not have this problem (the "---"). But I was there disconnect and re-connect everything. Even I used the "reset" button which is in solar module. But everything remains the same. Thaks for your help too!

So that's making your theoretical max look pretty good, assuming you had bright sunshine. So you probably just need to reduce that LuxtoWM2 value by quite a bit. You've got a peak of about 1250 and it needs to be about 975, so if you were using 0.007 it looks like you need about 0.0055.

I suspect that the formula you gave me (LuxToWM2=0.0055), does not work in Cumulus.
- Whatever the value I put, nothing changes.
- Put the formula or not in "cumuluns.ini", is the same. There is no change.

Sorry about that, I gave you incorrect information. The LuxToWM2 setting has to go in the [Solar] section in cumulus.ini.

I found it strange, but you 're the master. So I do not say anything!
I will test it and then tell you something.
I take this opportunity to put another question:
I have already installed the new version that corrects the UV values when they are bigger than 12, but now a new problem arises. If the station loses contact with the UV sensor (happened this morning), Cumulus interprets as UV = 16!
Is there any chance to correct this?

Ah, yes, it sends FF when that happens. I had code in for that, but I've lost it because of the new code - I'll fix it.

Another request, if possible... I already have the new solar module and now have a more correct behavior of the UV value. The problem is that the readings are too high (more 4 UV) compared with other nearby weather stations. Is there any way of you implement a correction to the UV sensor in Cumulus? In order to add or remove UV values?
In my case I would like to remove 4 values and UV would be a perfect reading!

So if this were possible it would be amazing! It's just an idea.

I will continue waiting for this functionality ('calibration' setting for UV). Until then, the station is just in test, because the UV values read are too high (at least 4 UV above the real ones).

Do you think it needs a 'multiplier' setting as well as an offset? I'm thinking a multiplier probably doesn't make much sense for UV index, but I could be wrong...

Indeed. I have to say I'm not convinced of the need for this, or the validity of assuming that other nearby stations have the correct values, but it's easy enough to add, and I've long since given up trying to do only things that I think are correct
