Windows 7 (32bit) and Data Files

To Steve Loft,
I have the following version of Cumulus:
File Version: 1.8.3.539.
and
Product Version 1.0.0.0 of 21/11/’08.
Before I downloaded Cumulus 1.9.1 release, I wanted to back-up the previous downloads from the weather station which I have saved over the last several months. I did not fin this information in the data file. I run Windows 7 with 32 bit.
“I can’t find my data files!
You’re probably running Windows Vista or Windows 7 (or one of the corresponding server versions of Windows). Look in C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files\Cumulus - note that this is a 'hidden' folder. Ideally, to avoid this situation, you would install to somewhere outside the Program Files hierarchy, as recommended in the readme.txt.”
I can not access the above directory through the ‘C’ Directory. Perhaps it is because I do not know how to locate the ‘hidden folders’ in this directory.
"It's also important that Windows 7 users don't install Cumulus under "Program Files" or "Program Files (x86)". Here I just copied the folder across from my old Windows XP into my new Windows 7 P.C.
Or should I start again with the latest version?
Please can you help.
Regards
Alex. Henderson
