Hmmm, WOW has been down for a couple of hours now. But no error light in Cumulus so I guess they're accepting data but not letting us in.
Adding some extra servers perhaps?

...or redesigning the graphs?
The style is all rather Toy Town.

The WOW site seems to be back up now as of 08:00 this morning.

Note that for stations using 0900/1000 meteorological days, I'm sending 'rain since midnight' for 'rain so far today'. I'm not sure whether that's what they expect or whether they want us to stick to our meteorological days.
From their confusing and laborious rating system:
http://wow.metoffice.gov.uk/support?cat ... iteRatings
Reporting hours
A: Will always aim to provide a weather report at 09:00 GMT. Daily temperature and rainfall values relate to standard 24 hour period morning to morning.
B: Will always aim to provide a weather report between 06:00 and 09:00 GMT. Daily temperature and rainfall values relate to standard 24 hour period morning to morning.
C: Daily temperature and rainfall values relate to the 24 hour period midnight to midnight. This is the default for most automatic weather stations.
D: Air temperature and rainfall terminal hour is other than A, B or C above, or extremes do not relate to 24 hour periods.
U: Reporting hours unknown or not stated.
So A or B = 09:00
C = Midnight
Presumeably you have to have reliably filled in your station details somewhere ?
Does anyone know which one we should be using of the above options? I currently have
mine set to "U" as am unsure which to use.

I happened to restart Cumulus just after 0800, and mine is now updating WOW OK. I notice that a large number of sites still have no recent update. If anyone is in the state where an update should have been done since 0800, could they please turn on the debug log and leave it for a minute or two after a WOW update should have occurred, and look at the debug log to see if there is any mention of WOW in there? You can then restart Cumulus, if that is indeed required to get it updating WOW again.

It's confusing as they haven't really given an option for those of us using an AWS with 0900/1000 days. So, if you're using Cumulus with a midnight rollover, the answer is "C", but if you're using Cumulus with an 0900/1000 rollover, the answer is possibly "A" (which I gave) or "B", otherwise it would have to be "U".

Actually, it looks like most sites have been updating OK since 0800, so no Cumulus restart is required.

Steve,
If I have my Cumulus set to:
Logs Roll Over
With "Midnight" option checked
9am rollover setting
With "Use 10am in summer" ticked
As shown here:
As im a bit confused as which one related to the options on WOW
could you confirm which Letter option on WOW I should be using for my
Cumulus setting above.
I was thinking I should may be using the option "C" as I have the log
roll over at Midnight?
C: Daily temperature and rainfall values relate to the 24 hour period midnight to midnight. This is the default for most automatic weather stations.

Yes, if you use a midnight rollover, that corresponds to option C. (I mistakenly said "D" earlier).

Steve,
Thanks for the Clarification.
I have tried to change the Reporting Hours on the WOW site to "C" but I can't find
anyway to save the change

There is no Save or Update button to press
after altering the setting!
I have tried clicking on the "Site Information" menu item after changing it
but it still shows the old setting.
Does anyone know if Im doing something wrong or is anyone else having
this problem? Or can you not change these options once set up?

There's a 'save changes' button at the bottom of the screen.

Steve,
I don't have that button displayed on the site
I have tried editing in both Firefox and IE to see if there
was a problem with one of them displaying, but still there
was no button.
Out of frustration I ended up hitting the [Return] key on my
keyboard and that seems to of acted as a save button.
As now my setting has been saved

That's odd. The bottom of my 'edit site' page looks like this (in FF4):
