(a patch is available for 1.9.4 build 1099 that extends the date range of drop-down menus to 2030)

Can you just confirm you are on the latest version of Cumulus -- 1.9.1 (build 989), also as you are using Windows 7, what folder is Cumulus installed in? (hopefully NOT in c:\program files)
