Hi all,

Just got back from a holiday and found I had received an email from WOW. Set up an account (including the PIN number) but now I am stuck. How do I set up the automatic update?

Can I use the Cumulus Version 191 or will I have to use a beta version?

Computing is not one of my strongest attributes, please keep it simple :?

WOW support is in the 1.9.2 beta. It's easy to set up - just put your site details into the appropriate place on the internet settings screen.

Hi

It looks as though Cumulus is not uploading the wind direction. Something odd happens to the report time when you try to edit an entry (the edit screen comes up an hour before the selected one) - I've reported it but had no reply yet.

Showing it for mine Alan, possibly a WOW glitch with your paticular set?

There was a bug where wind direction wasn't uploaded during 'catch up' if you had the display update turned off:

Fixed in build 996:

Hi
Somewhere there was a mention of the pressure being wrongly shown on the WOW site (they seem to be correcting the MSLP a second time). I just wanted to make sure it was not Cumulus or my setting up before reporting though I guess others already have if it is WOW at fault.
Incidentally - where is the upload file - is it deleted once sent.

They require station pressure to be sent; Cumulus is sending MSLP. I've left it like that for now, as I understand they are changing it at their end to expect MSLP.

Do you mean from the Cumulus uploads? There isn't a file, it's all done using HTTP GET.

I've set up an account (and my station is in Australia). Only problem is it only seems to have updated once, and not subsequently. Any ideas?

Link?

Turn on the debug log, see if there are any errors coming back from the site.

I get this from the debug:

Perhaps they don't like it when I'm living in the future?
