Hi!
It had to be an error yesterday, and Cumulus did not upload some data from an interval of several hours to Weather Underground.
How can I upload past data to Weather Underground?

No, it is not the same problem, i think.
Cumulus shows all downloaded data from the station, but in Weather Underground miss an interval of several hours. After this, data was uploaded correctly.
Is there a configuration value to set a timestamp to resend past data to WU?

I'm afraid there's no easy way currently of getting Cumulus to retry WU uploads that it couldn't send because of upload problems. If you "rewind" your entire data using one of the Cumulus backups (or by editing the 'timestamp' in today.ini, but then you also really need to rewind the data files manually), then as it downloads the data from the logger, it will attempt to send each entry from the logger to Weather Underground. This is assuming you're using 1.9.1.
