Ah - sorry, I'd missed the word 'secondary'. I don't know very much about multi-screen setups. Cumulus reads the display resolution at start up - I wonder if the answer it's getting back in your case is 1920x1080, so it doesn't resize. When you start Cumulus, is it initially on the larger screen, and then you move it to the smaller one?

That must explain it. The secondary display is actually a mirror of the main display. That is, it's an 800x480 window on a portion of the main display. So I open Cumulus, resize the window to about 800x480 and adjust the secondary display to show that part of the full screen.

Right, I understand now. The older 'manual' resizing would have worked in that case, but I had to take it out as it crashed all the time. The new resizing just reads the display resolution at start up, and resizes the main window to fit.

I changed my main display to 800x600, restarted Cumulus, then reverted the display to 1920x1080. That gives me the result I want. Thanks!
