You could use the <#tomorrowdaylength> web tag. It generates a string like "There will be 5min 26s more daylight tomorrow".

There's a list of all of the webtags here: http://wiki.sandaysoft.com/a/Webtags

There are no options in the Cumulus configuration to add and remove items from web pages; Cumulus does not have the ability to edit web pages, it can only insert values at the positions you supply. Any changes you want to make to actual contents or structure of your web pages have to be done by editing the pages yourself.

I went to the web sub-directory and using notepad and opened Today.htm and added a tag at the end of the line for longitude and latitude and elevation. It showed when I saved the file locally before I did the web upload, but was gone in the file on the web and the local site after cumulus refreshed them. Am I editing the wrong file?

Thank you.

Yes; today.htm is the processed file with the data in; that's generated anew on each update from the todayT.htm file, which is the file with the web tags in which you need to edit. See http://wiki.sandaysoft.com/a/Customised_templates
