Fire

Not really about the weather, But we woke up at 3am to screaming and yelling and the volunteer fire alarm going off, looked out our window and realised that there was a big house fire just a few houses down the road. We don't know if anyone was hurt or not but by the time that the fire brigade got there the fire was raging and looked like it was threatening to encroach on the neighboring house. Thank God there was heavy rain here at the time, as I think that help the fire fighters out.

Dont think so, From what I understand, they all got out, before it took hold. Just Thank God for the Crews that came and went in, we are about 150meters from the house and you could feel the heat from here. The fire fighters had to start from the middle of the road and work there way slowly down the drive way.

Went down today to the house, its totaly gone, looks like the fire started in the livingroom, as thats where the worst damage is. I think that it will be a pull down.

Just found out, that the fire on Saturday morning was arson, exboyfriend came around and broke in, poured petrol over the rooms and set them alite, The dum shit came pack the next day and the police got him! The family have lost everthing!

Oh dear! That's dreadful
Glad the police got him, won't replace all their possessions though.

Hope they put him away for some time.
