Difficult to say for certain without a link to your site, but you probably haven't followed all of the instructions for setting up your web site - see 'Creating a web site' in the help, and here in the wiki - http://wiki.sandaysoft.com/a/Simple_Website_setup

None of these seem to be in your /WEATHER CUMULUS/ directory ..
With your FTP tool, locate the ‘webfiles’ folder within the Cumulus folder on your PC. Upload the following to your webspace (using FTP)

weatherstyle.css
wz_jsgraphics.js
CumulusRealtime.swf
dbimages
(this is a folder, so upload it and all of its files will also be uploaded)

You don't seem to have created the 'images' folder, either, so you have no graphs on your 'trends' page.

The evidence suggests otherwise. For example:

http://www.sigma-financial.com/WEATHER% ... rstyle.css

gives a '404 - page not found' error. So, if you did indeed upload weatherstyle.css to your web site, you did not put it in the correct place, i.e. in the 'WEATHER CUMULUS' directory.

well, clearly you are dealing with a nitwit....lol I hadnt changed the default directory in my ftp program so I did indeed put them in the wrong directory.

Thanks for your patience.

It looks great!
