Cumulus (1.9.1) is taking an age to close. (I don't know how long because after 30 mins I gave up waiting
) Looking through the log file I see:
29/04/2011 06:47:24.359 : Writing today.ini, LastUpdateTime = 29/04/2011 06:00:00 raindaystart = 226.599807739258 rain counter = 226.599807739258
29/04/2011 06:47:24.359 : Creating WU URL #237
29/04/2011 06:47:24.359 : http://weatherstation.wunderground.com/ ... =updateraw
29/04/2011 06:47:25.296 : VP2: Setting raintotal from current station value: 226.600006103516
29/04/2011 06:47:25.421 : VP2: End of history download
29/04/2011 06:47:25.421 : Wunderground archive entries = 237
29/04/2011 06:47:25.421 : Uploading Wunderground archive #1
29/04/2011 06:47:25.421 : PleaseWaitForm.Close executed
29/04/2011 06:47:27.421 : Uploading Wunderground archive #2
29/04/2011 06:47:28.421 : Uploading Wunderground archive #3
29/04/2011 06:47:29.421 : Uploading Wunderground archive #4
29/04/2011 06:47:30.421 : Uploading Wunderground archive #5
This then repeats for a bit (with the number incrementing) which appears reasonable until:
29/04/2011 06:47:51.421 : Uploading Wunderground archive #23
29/04/2011 06:47:52.421 : Uploading Wunderground archive #24
29/04/2011 06:47:53.421 : Uploading Wunderground archive #25
29/04/2011 06:47:55.484 : MainForm can close
29/04/2011 06:47:55.484 : Showing splash screen
29/04/2011 06:47:56.296 : Exit FormCloseQuery
29/04/2011 06:47:56.296 : MainForm.FormClose
29/04/2011 06:47:56.296 : Terminating threads...
29/04/2011 06:48:23.421 : An error has occurred during the Wunderground update: Request aborted on timeout
29/04/2011 06:48:23.421 : Uploading Wunderground archive #26
29/04/2011 06:48:53.421 : An error has occurred during the Wunderground update: Request aborted on timeout
29/04/2011 06:48:53.421 : Uploading Wunderground archive #27
And this then repeats (and is still repeating), again with the number incrementing. Eventually it will get to #237 (Wunderground archive entries) and stop, but since most have failed I guess it will do the same again next time it is closed.
The log file is attached.
