You probably have a problem in your data files; but it's odd that it just closes without giving an error message. Look in the Cumulus folder to see if a bugreport.txt file has been created, if so please attach it. Also, please zip up the diags folder and attach it.

There's nothing in there to suggest why it should crash like that; normally it would produce a bugreport.txt file if it crashed. What period are you selecting? Do the 'this month' and 'this year' displays work OK?

And what about the 'this month' and 'this year' displays? Same problem, or works OK?

This may not be related, but I thought I should report it.
In 'this year', should I change the year to 2010 and update the display, the window closes. When I open it again, it then shows 2010. After that I can swap back and forth between years without the window closing. No probs when viewing/changing this month or this period.

Possibly related, hard to say.

While I can't reproduce the original problem, using the 'this period' display while running Cumulus in the Delphi debugger, I get an 'external exception', which means that there is a problem in the Windows system code. This would explain why no bugreport.txt file is produced. Unfortunately Windows doesn't tell me what its problem is.

Loris, could you try something, please? Select start and end dates that are both a few months old, in January this year for example, and see if it still crashes.
