I want to use an include for the navigation links bar, which involves using PHP. So it would be good to get Cumulus to prepare indexT.php instead of indexT.htm (etc).
I could just duplicate the .htm files as .php and upload the PHP fileas as well, or set my server to parse .htm files as PHP in the main directory, but it would be nice to reduce the upload overhead by simply getting Cumulus to upload the .php version only, and avoid stuffing around with .htaccess files.
Is this possible, or is the .htm suffix hard wired into Cumulus?

You would need to untick 'include Standard Files' so that .htm files are not uploaded.
This of course also means that you would have to list all your files you want processing and uploading with the .php extension.
If you do that, don't forget to delete at least the index.htm from your server as there may be conflicts as to which file it displays as default.
