Re: support for awekas in cumulus
Awekas support keeps cropping up and I'm afraid I don't really understand what's going on. The Awekas web site claims it works with Cumulus, but I don't know how. Kevin (TNETWeather) has produced some PHP which generates an Awekas file, but I don't know if it's complete or what you have to do to use it (search the forum for Awekas).
So, I haven't added 'native' Awekas support in Cumulus as it would appear there are other ways of getting it to work. Unless someone tells me otherwise...

Re: support for awekas in cumulus
For a start make awekas.txt with these tags...
Add it to a Internet/Files tab, check process checkbox and point your awekas path to your file...
Code: Select all
<#temp>
<#hum>
<#press>
<#rfall>
<#wspeed>
<#bearing>
<#hour>:<#minute>
<#day>.<#month>.<#year>
Re: support for awekas in cumulus
Thanks for that TgT - A word of warning to other users - don't forget to include the blank line at the start of the file!
Also I had to change the date format to <#day>/<#month>/<#year> to allow it to work.
