Works fine on stock ICS and CM9 on my tablet

Dunda, will this new app your friend is developing work on a Motorola running Gingerbread?
I'm finding the Cumulus realtime app this thread was about originally sometimes wont start, just gives me a blank unresponsive screen.

I can't say. But it will be availabel soon. It works on ICS and as far as I know, he don't use anything strange. So I hope it will work on GB.

You should have 3 files on server:
xml file (example: realtime.xml) ???
txt file (example: realtime.txt) for widged
location file sunbird.txt for widget ??

what should be in these files ?

Looks good and works on GB 2.3.6

Solar and UV would be useful for me, and the time of max and min temps, and wind max. Where does the sun picture from the top of the screen, next to the location name, come from? It's completely overcast here ATM, and has been all day so far, although Cumulus forecast is "Settled fine".

Dates on the records would be good, if that's in realtime.txt. (I haven't checked)

I'd be happy to pay for a "pro" version without the advertising too!

Great app, but I have a strange problem. The same issue happened with Cumulus Realtime --

The data refresh time is always a couple hours old. Even if i manually refresh! Right now it's around 7pm, but the apps say 4:28pm. OK -- must be something wrong with the data files -- but here's the data in the files:

realtime.xml --
<data misc="refresh_time">2012.07.05. 19:15:27</data>

realtime.txt --
05/07/12 19:15:27 89.6

Any ideas?

Hi, Can you send me url, so I can test. My current file does not have UV and Solar data. Where would you want to have them ? On App or widget ?

Sorry, but times of max data are not in xml files (or send me url if you have them in)
