Can we upload historical from Cumulus to PWS website ? There's one thing I like about them is their way of showing monthly and yearly stats in a very nice tabular form

Not at the moment; I've only done the enhancement for WU initially as it's much more popular. But it will be straightforward to add for PWS at some point.
