Cumulus Support

Steve: I'm trying to understand whether it's worth converting old logfiles when converting from WD. In another thread you said that cumulus would "use" converted log files, does that mean that it will create an alltime.ini from that data? Or do I still have to create my own alltime.ini, in which case I'm not sure what the value is of the converted files.

It will use any converted files to display historical summaries/graphs etc, and in addition, version 1.9.1 will create (on demand) all time records (and this month and this year records). Note that for maximum benefit, as well as creating 'monthly' log files, you would also need to create dayfile.txt entries.
