Healing mistakes in logs

Post by dexterslab »

hi guys, not posted here in a while as everything has been working perfectly... until now.

Today i noticed during the afternoon of 6th March Cumulus logged an instant rainfall of 317.1mm (3805.2 mm/hr!!), the logs show it was 0 one minute then 317.1 the next.

Given this has also wiped out my Monthly Rainfall, Daily Rainfall and Rain Rate records whats the best way to remove the erroneous data and re-calculate my true maximum records?

Take a look at the Cumulus FAQ 2.11 My monthly and/or annual rainfall totals are wrong. You might be better of altering the values after midnight.

thanks Steve

yea i have edited out all the mistakes from the Mar11log.txt and dayfile.txt, but my all-time records are still wrong. Can i get cumulus to re-calculate them so it shows the correct values?
