Please zip up the diags folder and attach it, and also include today.ini, yesterday.ini, month.ini and year.ini in the zip file.

You have an error in dayfile.txt, so Cumulus can't calculate your monthly total:
8/3/2011 09:29:53.794 : Error reading Dayfile at line 456: '20,7,8' is not a valid floating point value
8/3/2011 09:29:53.794 : Rainthismonth from dayfile.txt: 0
You also seem to have a strange corruption in today.ini:
Start=275,100006103516
Yesterday=4,20001220703125
0
LastTip=2011-03-08 10:58
I don't think that would actually cause any problems, but you should probably fix it:
Start=275,100006103516
Yesterday=4,20001220703125
LastTip=2011-03-08 10:58
Make sure you do the corrections with Cumulus stopped.
Did the error light not flash, by the way? I thought that I had changed it so that it does for dayfile.txt problems in the beta.
Edit: Actually, I've realised that it doesn't flash, even though the code is in there to do it, because it happens at startup. It's a nuisance; I should really try to find a work around.

Thanks Steve for the help,
i did the corrections

Yesterday=4,20001220703125
0
LastTip=2011-03-08 10:58

Start=275,100006103516
Yesterday=4,20001220703125

You probably have another error in dayfile.txt, only the first one gets logged. Have a look in the latest diags file (cumulus.009) to see if there is another error message like the earlier one.

You don't need to wait; if there's a problem it will appear in the diags file (cumulus.009) as soon as you start Cumulus. You should be able to see the error message near the beginning of the file.

I just found this in (cumulus.009)
8/3/2011 13:32:57.484 : Error reading Dayfile at line 456: '20,7,8' is not a valid floating point value
8/3/2011 13:32:57.484 : Rainthismonth from dayfile.txt: 0

That's the same error as before, so you presumably haven't corrected it.

In dayfile.txt, at line 456, you have "20,7,8" which is not a valid number (you use commas for decimals). I assume this came about because you edited the file. You need to correct it.
