How can I ?

Hello,
When i switch off the computer for a day or two Cumulus don't pick up the weather recordings from the weather station for that period of time!
So what am I doing wrong? as i don't want to keep the PC going all the time!!
all so have a problem to log in every time as it says email address is all ready in there! ???

Please zip up the diags folder and attach it.

In the Cumulus folder there is a sub-folder named Diags. That contains several cumulus.nnn files. Zip up the most recent and attach it to your reply.

Please zip the entire folder, not just the latest file. You can do this in Windows Explorer, by right-clicking on the diags folder and selecting 'Send To -> Compressed (zipped) folder'.

We are not to sure of what or how you mean don't understand all the computer language! haven't been on PC many months!

Open the Cumulus folder in Windows Explorer. You will see a folder called 'Diags'. Right-click on it and select 'Send To -> Compressed (zipped) folder' from the menu. This will create a file called Diags.zip. Upload this to the forum using the 'upload attachment' section just below where you type your reply.
