The "Weather forecast" info is always way way out and constantly on the "thunderstorms" side. I can only think its due to the barometric pressure read by the station which is low (normally around 950mbar) because the station is at 730 m asl. Could it be that the "Weather forecast" faculty doesn't take into account the elevation and takes the pressure reading to be at sea level? How can I alter that?

You haven't set your station up; you need to set the relative pressure on the station so that it corresponds to sea level. Instructions for doing this are in the weather station manual; you'll need to find a fairly local reference value to set it to.

Thank you for your reply. We set the pressure to the corresponding SLP for the time and day and everything looks fine.
One other problem we’re having trouble with is the “Wind Description” gauge, in the Instruments page, which represents the last 3600 readings in beta version. Now, this seems too long a time for it to have any usable meaning (at least for our kind of use). How can we make that smaller, say, 200 or 300 readings?

That's only 10 hours (for Fine Offset stations). Probably not long enough, actually, for most purposes. But you can't change it. You could draw your own (with javascript for example), using the <#wdirdata>, <#wspddata> and <#nextwindindex> tags, and just use the last 200 or 300 values. Note that 200 would only give you a period of about 30 minutes; I can't imagine what use that would be, but I guess you know what you're doing.
