Hi all, i kindly took Daj up on his offer to host my weather stations live data.
I was particularly fond of the style but it did what it needed to do, so i have been working on a new layout for mine.
Its not fully complete as i still need to sort out integrating some css files to sort out the Trends page so the graphs enlarge once clicked.
I did however have a problem that my guages page isnt working at all, and i could figure out why.. turns out i spelt gauges wrong lol
You can check out the new layout

At the moment you've lost two important javascripts and included a new one twice
Code: Select all
<script src="js/cufon-replace.js" type="text/javascript"></script>
<script src="js/cufon-replace.js" type="text/javascript"></script>

i would ignore them, as i used a template so i need to remove them.
Which ones am i missing? when i look at the origional templates i cant see any scripts in the header

In fact you've lost
everything that makes the gauges work
In the header should be:
<script language="JavaScript" src="wz_jsgraphics.js" type="text/javascript"></script>
BUT ..
before the closing </body> tag you've deleted
ALL the processed variables AND the calls to:
<script language="JavaScript1.2" type="text/javascript" src="dbimages/dashboard.js"></script>
<script language="JavaScript1.2" type="text/javascript" src="dbimages/boxover.js"></script>
... better look at the original template again ....

document.images["graphs"].src = im + "?" + new Date().getTime();
}

Love the styling -- very fresh.
I've only checked two pages page but you have some orphan tags! These can cause some browser to freak out.
index page....
Line 38 you have an opening <div> contained within <h3>'s it would need to close before the </h3> if it was supposed to be there. I suggest removing it.
You then have a closing </div> line 136 -- should be removed. now all your tags will match
the today page...
You are forgetting to close the table body before you close the table...need a </tbody> just above </table>. You are not closing the main div at the very bottom, before you close the </body>
Sorry, I know it sounds a bit petty but it is important. I can check the others if you wish, or maybe you want to check them
Still a nice style

Daj, im going to go through all the pages as im sure there are loads of mistakes as i only use ms notepad, i guess i should really use something abit better really but im so used to notepad.
Alot of the code is messed up and not perfect, will have a look and sort the obvious and i also need to thin out the css file as i dont use all the classes in there.
if i have a look myself and clear up what i can see is wrong then i would appreciate you giving it a final go over to check its all 100% correct.
I am pleased with the way the site looks but im thinking of changing it to blue and replacing the flower with a beach sea themed picture but not decided on this yet
