Download Data Stopped Operating

This may be not the correct format or area to ask, I have been using my WH1091 for about 14Mths now, downloading via USB each weekend into laptop running Vista. Tried to download in the same way I have each time last night, wouldnt operate. Everything seems to work on base station and laptop but will not do auto download of data. Up upgraded my version to whatever the latest is currently (like the new look) but still no good. The base station audibly clicks as always has when USB connected. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Peter May

Steve, Sorry to waste your time, looks like it was just a dodgy USB cable. Got it to work during the week after a fiddle. Going to buy new cable and will let you know if continues. Thanks and sorry mate. Peter M

Not necessarily the cable....the socket in the desktop unit is renowned for bad soldering to the PCBd.
