Restriction on weather station installation heights ??

Does anyone know if there is a restriction on how high you can
have a pole/mast for fitting weather stations to at your property?

I am in the UK and am going to be installing my weather station
via a 2meter mast onto my shed.

Just wondered if I could get in legal trouble if my neighbours
complained because they could see it from their property.

Thanks Synewave,

From the information provided on the link you posted
looks like I will be ok, as long as the mast is not higher
than 2 metres above the top of my house.

Which it will definetly be below, Now just got to
hope its not chucking it down with rain tomorrow
when I go out to install it ;)
