... by which I mean the newbie is dumb, not the question. Despite the warning in the Config > Station screen about getting the units right, I stupidly left wind speed as m/s. I want it in km/h, which is what I've set the WH1091 to, so I've now changed that in the Cumulus settings. I presume this means that the earlier stored values will be incorrect in the various records that Cumulus keeps.
What do I need to edit/convert to get the stored wind speed values uniform?
TIA

Re: OK, and now another dumb newbie question
The best and easiest thing is to start again. Delete all of the files in the 'data' folder with Cumulus stopped. If you don't want to do that, you'll have to edit every file in there and convert the wind values; the files formats are in the help and the wiki.

Re: OK, and now another dumb newbie question
Thanks, Steve. I did restart as per your instructions and I also re-set the date in the timestamp.ini file as per the FAQ, and I have the complete data set. Great.
