From what I can see, the WEA22 is simply a re-branded FineOffset so Cumulus should be able to read data from it

The wea22 is a fine offset station all these stations are supplied with Eayweather software this is awfull software you don't need to use it just use Cumulus.

Yes, had a Google it`s another name for a fine offset station
