Hello
My wife was using my Cumuls laptop to do some office work and when I came to reset everything I can not get Cumulus to download any data from the W-8681 unit. The base station is working fine, showing outside temps & pressure etc. I attach some files which might help.

You have some sort of USB/connectivity problem; Windows can't find your station.

Yes, thanks Steve.
My laptop seems to forget it has the "USB Human Interface" installed - this can happen if you unplug the base station and then plug sommit new in its place. You have to do a new USB install. All seems well now - Thanks.
