The software resets the yearly totals on 1/1. I use a season of 7/1 to 6/31 Is it possible to set the software to use these dates before resetting the yearly totals?

You can set the rainfall season - see the station settings. All other annual figures are on a calendar year basis.

Yes, I have seen that, but on 12/31/10 my rain total was 20.44" then on 1/1/11 it was 0". I had to calculate the amount of rain I had between 7/1 and 12/31 to change the Station settings.

I was hoping for a way to set the software for my yearly rain season, not the calendar year. I have been logging this way for years. I switched to this software from FreeWX, within FreeWX I can set that software to reset on 7/1.

Sorry, I don't follow. That's what the 'rainfall season' setting does. It allows you to specify the start of your rainfall season as July, so that the annual total shown on the Cumulus main screen resets to zero only on July 1st.

Well, on July 1 2010 I set the total rain fall to 00.0" my weather Station values were set to 0 at that time as well. I recorded 20.22" inchs of rain upto 12/31/10. Then by 1/15/11 we had another 1.22" of rain for a total of 21.44". The software showed that my year to date total was 1.22" NOT the real total of 21.44". The 20.22" recorded before 12/31/10 was cleared and the rain total for the year was reset to 0.00"

In the Station settings it only shows a year and a place to add a rain adjustment. I can not find a setting to define the year. It appears to me it that in the software a year is defind as 1/1 to 12/31. Where as a Rain season is 7/1 to 6/31.

Hope this is a bit more clear.

The option is certainly available in the beta version station settings.
