Trends not updating

Hi. I have a problem with my website. At first I had a trial version of Bulletproof FTP ( BulletProof Server v2.3.1) and there was no problem at all. The trialperiod expired so I fixed a real version. At approximately the same time the "trends" page stopped updating. Everything else is working. Does anyone have an idea?

If you turn on the ftp logging, the ftplog.txt file may give some clues.

Hi again.
I just turned it on. However, In "Cumulus" I get some errormessages: "FTP Connect Timeout" time to time with Errorcode= 426.
I have set it to active mode but no difference. I´ll get back when I see something in the logfile.

Hi. My mistake. I forgot to allow user i FTP too create subfolders.
